Part-time Sales associate required.
Candidates need to be confident in selling products for the home including dining tables, lighting etc
You should be fully aware of our brand and the furniture that we sell.
Located in a historic street in St Albans, this job requires someone who enjoys taking responsibility & working on their own and who likes to engage with customers and offer them the highest levels of service. We pride ourselves on offering a high end carefully curated selection of products for the home as well as some luxury brands for gifts e.g. Noble Isle, which is exclusive to us in the area.
Daily requirements would be :
open up shop /POS Systems
clean shop floor and make sure shelves fully stocked.
Check system for online sales
Greet all potential customers, keep excellent records of enquiries and upload them to the customer database.
Follow up any leads.
check stock levels and manage product entries in to the POS system.
Always keep abreast of any new products and make sure you know selling points .
Cash up, close down and leave shop securely.
Working knowledge of photoshop and experience using Mac computers is advantageous.
