Our prevention policy for COVID19

Since the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the UK is now a rapidly changing and uncertain landscape. Coronavirus (COVID-19) has impacted every avenue of our lives and altered the way we live—therefore we’ve been changing how we work to help us all manage as best we can during an uncertain time.

We are a family business, so we are only sending out stock which we have in our small warehouse and only family members are dealing with our deliveries. We always wear gloves when packaging up goods.

Our online business remains open, we have some stock and are continuing to process and ship all online orders. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee delivery times but we are doing our best to ensure that all orders are currently being sent out with a delivery time of approximately 10 days. We’d like to thank you for your patience at this time.

In line with Government advice, we are now providing a service that minimises social contact and we can assure you that we will do all that we can to protect our colleagues, customers and their families.We are using local post office services for postable parcels in order to minimise leaving the premises.
